I didn't go to the gym, but I spent the day transplanting trees & heavy yardwork. My muscles ache more than a visit to the gym today- but it feels good.

Yes..it was cardio attack day! 30 minutes on the treadmill..tried to run the whole time but stopped about 3 times in the process. then did the 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Also did 25 push ups in 1 min, 1 minute of planks, then pushed out 10 more push ups off the clock.

Yes. Even included some stretching. I usually don't stretch, but the guy at physical therapy told me I need to stretch, so I guess I'll start.

some stretching and myofascial release (20 mins)..12 minutes on the pilates arc.....and a yoga dvd (20 min).....to the gym tomorrow for a total body strength workout....or it could be water aerobics...

Yep - I hit the ground running so to speak after my vacation - I did my abs workout and then a 45 minute walk before work

Doing it as I type on the elliptical. Working on 170 total min

100-120 min elliptical

60 min strengthening

10 min. stretching
