I got up and had a blueberry waffle with lean ham and then headed to my gym for and hour and a half for a half hour on the elliptical, 1/2 hour on the bike and 1/2 of stretching. It feels great.

I can do it!!

Walked the dog for 25 minutes. That is a big feat for an overweight pug!! He is such a trooper. Then when I got home, P!nk's SO WHAT! was on the iPod. It is such a good song that I danced in the living room twice. What a great morning!!
