So, my challenge goals are as follows: 1.Eat in my recommended calorie range of 1200-1500 at least 5 days a week. 2.Exercise for at least 30 min. a day 3.Try a new recipe at least once a week. 4.Post on this board at least once a day. 5.Be at my goal weight by my 31st birthday on 11/11/12
