There are two types of pain, the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. The pain of discipline is temporary, weighs ounces and offers huge payoffs when you endure it. The pain of regret is lifelong, weighs tons, and gives absolutely no payoff for enduring it.
One must realize that the comfort of the cocoon is in reality restrictive and imprisoning to break out and fly high as a butterfly. Like the caterpillar, we made our cocoon so trust in the process of transforming into a butterfly and like the butterfly trust that you will break free.
