So, my challenge goals are as follows:
1.Eat in my recommended calorie range of 1200-1500 at least 5 days a week.
2.Exercise for at least 30 min. a day
3.Try a new recipe at least once a week.
4.Post on this board at least once a day.
5.Be at my goal weight by my 31st birthday on 11/11/12

01/15/12--Light enough to use my execise ball (250-lb minimum!!)
01/01/12--First 10 lbs gone (11 more to go)
12/18/11--Lost 5-3/4" overall with 2-1/4" from my waist alone.
12/11/11--Lost 5 lbs, no longer morbidly obese
