You may not be perfect, but you can always choose to give your best effort.
"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results." - Kenneth Blanchard

Philippians 4:12-13 (CEV) I know what it is to be poor or to have plenty, and I have lived under all kinds of conditions. I know what it means to be full or to be hungry, to have too much or too little. Christ gives me the strength to face anything.
1Co 10:31 When you eat or drink or do anything else, always do it to honor God.
Does SP punish those who have to follow Dr's advice to not exercise, and other things SP encourage people to do to lose weight?
On July 26 I fell and shattered my nose and my sinuses, and I am doing everything my DR tells me. Fri the 13th (Aug), he operated on me. We saw him yesterday and he has extended the time I cannot do ANYTHING that will raise my blood pressure, including bending over, walking, biking, sneezing through the nose, and to not eat high sodium foods, etc.
We've traded in my two wheeler bike (before my fall) for a chain-driven three wheeler. It is coming in today, and I will not be able to ride it for three weeks. I have lost my sense of balance with this neuromuscular disease and I kept falling while trying to relearn my two-wheeler.
So, does SP punish people for following DR's orders by giving low numbers on the wheel, for not exercising, etc?
