I am 5'9 and 275 lbs. I currently wear a baggy size 20. It's a Lane Bryant 20 so it's probably bigger than that when compared to other brands (vanity sizing is the worst). I'm still wearing the clothes I wore when I was 310 lbs. It's definitely time for new clothes. I'm probably now a Lane Bryant 18. I'll find out for sure in a couple weeks when I go clothes shopping.
Hi. I started off at 215 at 5'4. I barely fit into a size 14 and was more comfortable in a 16. I've lost 23 and now weigh 192. My size 14's are fitting me loose but I'm not quite a size 12 yet. It's been tough but I'm going to keep at it!
I am 5'4 and I weigh 239. I am trying to lose about 75 pounds. I was in the hospital for a month and was put on some meds that has caused me to gain about 85 pounds. I am try to lose them. I wear between a xl and an xxl ( depending on the store and brand, sometimes I wear a Large ) in shirts and blouses. In pants I wear 14-16 if they are jeans and then in leggings and stretch pants I wear a large. Despite the fact of how much I weigh compared to my height, I do not look that heavy because the weight is evenly distributed.

Currently, I weight 181, am 5'4, and usually wear a size 16.
I'm just taking it as I go; working for healthier habits, losing weight and getting healthier.
When I found out I was diabetic, I weighed in at 199 lbs. in 2012. I didn't belong to Spark then. Some great people in my life encouraged me to get out, walk, eat heathier. I'm grateful for this website, since I need this to get disciplined.
I am 62 years old 5'4" and started at 227 wearing a 24-26 blouse and 22-24 pants. Am at 172 now wearing a 1X or 0X blouse (16 womens) and Med stretch pant 8-10. The legs are too big but they fit me in the waist (I am an apple and if the pants fit me in the waist the hip and legs of the pants flap in the wind like a flag, lol). My husband says I should sue my legs for lack of support (have always liked my small hips and thighs and just working for the day that my upper body matches them).

I'm 5'7 and currently 250 lbs and wear a 2x in shirts, and the pant size varies. It's either 22/24 or a 20/22. At my largest (338 lbs) I wore a 4x and was pushing at a 5x in shirts. I also wore a 26/28 in pants
154, 5'6", wear a size 10 or 12 generally (ranges anywhere from an 8 to a 12 depending on brand), and a medium size top - I'm very small on the top - most of my weight is in my stomach and rear. Would like to get down to a size 8 in all brands.

I'm female and 5'3". At 188 I was still able to wear two pairs of current size 14 pants, but 2 other pairs of pants in the same size are still in the closet. I needed to buy something for work the other week and had to move up to size 16.

I'm 5'9" tall. I weigh 160, but would like to get down to 145. I'm a size 8 (sometimes a 6) on the bottom. Up top I'm a 12 or 14 (because I have broad shoulders and a broad back and am a 38C). Something tells me that even at 145 I'll stay the same up top or maybe go down ONE size. It's really hard for me to find dresses. That's why I wear separates all the time.
I am 193 lbs. 5'2". I wear a size 14 in pants. Top size ranges from a large to a 2x depending on the style, brand or cut of the garment. My weight is evenly distributed for the most part. Developed a bit of a belly with menopause. Never had a belly before...... gotta get this weight off... I started 2.5 weeks ago and I'm down 11 pounds! Need to take off 40 more.

They're sorta big on me but I'm not small enough for a 10 yet. I wear a medium or large top. I carry my weight in my stomach. I'm small on the top and small on the bottom with long legs.
5'6" big boned. Went from a 16 being tight at 186 to 162 and just purchased a size 10 that was slightly large. Goal was a size 8-10 so guess better slow down on losing. This was in 6 months during the holiday season.
