I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I am curious. How many of you find the 5% weight loss challenges to make a big difference in your motivation and your progress? This Fall challenge is the first one in which I am losing weight. I have a lot of other things in place, and this is an added motivation, plus I am on a team this time that is a really good fit. Other challenges showed me just treading water. What are your thoughts?
