Today I have:

- got a batch of healthy baked custards in to the oven to have for a week of breakfasts (high protein and high fibre for a great nutritional start to the day)

- got a batch of apples from the neighbours' tree all chopped and spiced and in to the slow cooker for some homemade apple butter (healthy food for the body, and healthy for the mind / spirit using local bounty that would otherwise be wasted)

- have a dinner planned at a local restaurant with the clan (healthy socializing and supporting loved ones)

- got the neighbour's dogs out for some playing and a good walk (exercise for all of us, the good feeling of helping out a neighbour, and, of course, the sheer joy of spending time with some happy and loving fuzz-butts)

Lumowell and Lumosity make a good combo for healthy living advocates. Couple things like that with SparkPeople and Youtube and you've just gotta' get better and stay better. Never Quit!

i am also in similar situation it is hard to let go but we have to or we give away our power . we do not have to fix everything sometimes we have to walk away and that is the hard part

picked apples and made them into applesauce.
harvested basil to be made into pesto next.
had garden beets, peppers for breakfast.
utilized the three flights of stairs multiple times doing little household chores
took in the sunshine, big blue sky and meandered in gardens
meditated when I woke up
