Yes, I find that if dinner is sitting on the table in front of me, I continue to pick at it. I'm thinking we may have to start eating buffet style instead of family style. That way I'll have to leave the table to get more.

I didn't overeat but I used a lot of calories for dinner. I looked at my food tracker and learned what I could of done different such as only have one serving and not two. I have been trying to calculate my calories before I eat so I can decide if it is worth it or not and I didn't do that tonight. I learned something and am proud of that.

I scrolled and saw that almost everyone said they did not overeat. I am so happy for all of you that didn't, but I was overeating all weekend and all of the wrong stuff and feel terrible about it. And because I messed up I kept messing up. I must learn to be stronger. Keep up the good work to all those who are doing what you are supposed to do!!
