'Cause sometimes you feel tired,
feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up.
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
and just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up
and not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. EMINEM-TIL I COLLAPSE
Today I am thankful for: -The food tracker: I have no one to hold accountable but me. -the article on impulse control: It's opened my eyes to the Ah-Ha moment of not needing it (see the first thankful item) -the good sense that I need to reevaluate what I was doing...starving and completly restricting items isn't the answer - neither is giving in to everything. therefore... - I am most thankful for tomorrow, to learn more, to be more than my food.
The future is no place to place your better days - Lyrics "Cry Freedom Cry"
The way my dog wakes me up in the morning and nuzzles his nose into my neck. I wake up knowing I'm loved. I spend every day with my loving husband and great coworkers. I go to bed every night with arms and paws around me.
