A solid 8! While I am tired and stressed about unrelated things (school, work, etc) I am also very motivated to hop on the treadmill, swim some laps, and I am espeically motivated because I weigh in Friday!!

4. I was motivated until I got on the scales. I have put another 400grams on. I know it is muscle as I have been working my butt off. I have been watching what I eat even with Easter. Over the long weekend I burnt 1600 calories. Mind due I have been very slack and not put it in sparkpeople....... 1600 calories and that was by using EA Sports More...... thats not the walking or the dancing that I did... I did a very small work out which burned just over 100 calories and then there was the walking that I did before coming home. Tomorrow is a new day and I will start again. Sigh. No scales for me until next week. I am addicted.
