6 - Not very high. I am motivated enough to being sparkpeople today, but just don't seem to have that "excitement". So - I have made decisions for myself - , instead of relying on my feelings of motivation to propel me forward. Hopefully, physically doing something will help to change my mindset and lift my spirit. Time for some action.
I am feeling very tired, frustrated, and irritable today. I don't have any motivation to move and so, I have done pretty much nothing all morning. I would say I am sitting at a 1 today. I know I should get up and do my workout, but really... ugh! I'm so tired!

8 since learning blood pressure and cholesterol have suddenly become very high - both always low in the past. Got to have more investigation, but for now I'm being even more careful in the foods I choose and the amount of cardio activities I get in.

5 I have days when I am eager and motivated and others that I am just so physically tired that I have the blahs. I have been on my vacation and will be going back to work on Saturday. I used to think that it all has to do with work-working my behind off and then when I get home I am ready to go to sleep I am so tired and worn out.
My husband and I both need to get some pep in our steps-he is on his heart meds that are making him feel that way.
