Enjoyed time with a very few friends last night: campfire, camaraderie, BBQ and salads. Wasn't perfect with my program, but close. well worth it! We kept our distance outdoors, but when it began to rain, we were closer. But, not by much. And all had been staying home and safe, so hope all are well.

I do not think I’m eating any more than usual, because I’m adhering to my eating windows, but I find I’m craving caffeine, which in my world is married to sugars.
And some sugar makes me want more, so I’m eating more calories, in less than optimal ways, than before.

I’m struggling to get all the water I need, too. It’s always been connected to work patterns, and without them....I’m either lugging it in three points, or not getting what I need.
All because I feel off.

Wake up every day knowing you make the decision to begin your journey anew.

This choice in this moment defines now.
What is your now?

They will have to get the police to get me out of a Tex-Mex restaurant when this is over. My friend on FB said that and I support him all the way.

It certainly is crazy right now. I'm in a small town in NJ. Our local restaurant just closed. They say for 2 weeks. We'll see.
I'm trying to stay busy during the day. I also manage better with a bit of a schedule. I'm also spending more time than I should watching the news. Well, actually, when the governors speak. (NY and NJ)
It's a good time to try something you may not have had time for before. Learn to play the harmonica or ukulele. Learn a new language. Learn to make jewelry. You also get to waste time doing silly things. Sing karaoke using YouTube, learn to rap or use it to learn a new dance which will also burn some calories. Take time every day to meditate and think about you.
We'll all get through this. I'm hoping to come out of this a better person. I'm not going to let this get me down. I wish you well.

Hi Sue.
Yes it is the same here in my small town in Pennsylvania. Crazy times for sure with all non-essential businesses closed. Not many people around most are staying at home.

To help myself avoid rampant eating I decided to schedule my eating times.
This way I have a plan. ( I gain so quickly if I don't watch)
8-9 AM Breakfast, 1- 2 PM lunch, 6-7 PM dinner. No snacking ( hard to do) no eating until next morning at 8AM. Drinking a lot of liquids after dinner time.

Good luck to you.

What crazy times..I live in SE Iowa...our little town will need to work hard to recover from the shutdown. Small businesses struggling....

I find my emotional eating is rampant...need to slap myself and get out of this fog.

“Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”...need to stick to this mantra!
