Just to be clear, Ketoacidosis causes sickness in diabetics. Ketosis is a metabolic state in which fat provides most of the fuel for the body.

It occurs when there is limited access to glucose (blood sugar), which is the preferred fuel source for many cells in the body. Ketosis is most often associated with ketogenic and very low-carb diets.

The fact that I can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another's, smile at someone and receive a smile in return, are to me continual spiritual exercises.

I just heard about it this week. I was searching to see if I could find feedback from users. It doesn't sound like anyone is talking here.

If you got a traffic ticket would you break every traffic law the rest of the day? Then why toss the whole day over a slice of pizza? ~Indygirl

I just began using the Profile plan (Reboot/Reduce) and, at 67 I don't expect that this will be a rapid process but it certainly is simple to follow.

Any other Profile members out there in Sparkland?
