Hi everyone, thank you for your comments. I always shake up my workout just to keep my body off balance. I was not on any meds.
I had a physical 2 months ago with no issues.
I did go to my doctor 2 days ago and asked if there is medication I can be put on to help with my weight loss efforts. She gave me an appointment to a nutritionist and I now have a subscription to Ozempic to help with weight loss.
I also went straight to the grocery store and bought tons of veggies, munk fruit sweetner and some meat. I started on a low carb diet that same day. So hopefully that will change things for me.
It was shocking to see the weight gain. But I hope to get it off before New Years.
While it's not at all unusual to plateau, a 10 lb. gain in 3 months (assuming your eating & exercise are on track) sounds like maybe something else is going on. Have you started taking any new medications? When was the last time you had a physical/ had bloodwork done? An under active thyroid, for example, can cause weight gain. Or you could be retaining fluid because of a problem with your kidneys, liver or heart.

I always find a shakeup in routine breaks out of a plateau for me. Last time I changed eating patterns, reduced my daily calorie intake by two hundred daily and added new exercises to my routine. Never quit!
