You have taken the first step to success. Look at one task to do for a week and gradually add more. For me it was drinking enough water. But with spark I have to log this so it’s easier to keep track. Hope that helps

I just joined SparkPeople and have a long weight loss journey ahead of me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the most used out of this site so I can be successful with my weight loss journey? Thank you so much for your time and help.
