Was slim til 40, then........ Now BMI is down to overweight category (27), but composition is super bad! Hopefully, with the right exercises and 19 more lbs down I'll at least be in the average category of body fat.

Dwiser: Glad to see you "down here". I have a support picture I used to use as to how I wanted to look when I gained weight... I skipped right past that to using it as to how I want to look when I lose weight. Camila Cabell Young is exactly the look I'm going for.
