YAAAY, WIZZLEWOLF1!! Coming back tomorrow - again & again & again - is a workout strategy that works. And YESSS, definitely I worked out today. Walked & jogged 1 mile in 17.5 minutes. Then I ran errands.

I can't believe how out of shape I am. I HAVE to start exercising. So today, I started doing this 7 minute beginner workout. I got to the 2 minute mark. LOL LOL I am not depressed about it. I will try it again tomorrow and work my way up to 3 minutes. LOL

Today, not yet (still quite early for some of us). Yesterday - YES. Morning yoga, lots of walking, and a successful bus sprint! Got new pair of running shoes to train & prep for my 3rd-ever half-marathon, NYC, in April.
