I actually started out losing 2 pounds, but have gained that back plus another two. I’ve now lost one and I’m determined to get back to where I was and continue downward. I’m getting ready to go out for a nice walk. Taking it one day at a time, one step at a time.

Tried something just slightly different. Did some of my exercises standing up. My balance has been pretty wobbly and standing for longer times isn't comfortable, so that I could do this is a good indicator to me that the goal I've set of walking a mile without stopping is attainable.
