Hi MMCHARLIE - I do not expect that date to change that you are seeing. But our system was updated to stop payment processing so you should be fine. Let me know if you would happen to be charged; but, you really should not be.

I just learned that Spark is closing the site on August 17 and will not charge Premium members until then. When I looked at my Premium Account settings, it stated that my next charge will be on June 26. Will this change in the next few days?

I got a new credit card as the old one expired and my premium account was just cancelled. I don't see how I can get to the Change Payment Settings when the premium coaching button is no longer on my page.
Help, please.

I am opening up to the possibilities of each day. I see that spark within others.

Hi! Here's how to update payment info for Premium:

1. On the Start page, click to go into "Premium Coaching".
2. Near the bottom of that page, click the link for "Premium Coaching Account Settings".
3. In the "Payment Settings" section, click "Change Payment Settings".
4. On that page, you can enter a new Payment Profile, mark that to be the Primary Profile and Save that.

I need to change the payment method (credit card number) for my monthly payment but I can't find anywhere on the site to do this. You would think Sparkpeople would want to get paid. Can anyone help? Sparkpeople, are you there?
