Welcome to Sparkpeople glad you have joined us

How about going to your sparkpage and putting a little about your journey on it so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing.

Do use the food and exercise tracker - I think they are the best tools out there especially when first starting out

And last but not least remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - you will get lots of encouragement and motivation when you do.

The word 'transform' conjures quick and drastic change to me. SparkPeople is rather a long term and lifetime journey that results in positive change along the way. You don't really arrive at a destination where you finish but rather grow into a whole new way of life that continues indefinitely and you'll find yourself constantly changing and improving. Hard work and dedication are the keys. Start reading and doing the things you read about and you'll soon see what I mean. Best of luck with the new goals and welcome to SparkPeople!

HI EVERYONE: TODAY IS DAY ONE FOR ME AND I AM SO EXCITED TO FIND LIFE AGAIN. GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS IS NOT FUN. WHEN I FIRST SIGNED INTO SPARK I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE A TOUGH TIME WITH THE PROGRAM. HOWEVER, THIS IS WONDERFUL. LOVIN' THIS. IS THIS EASY TO STAY ON? HAS IT TRANSFORMED ANYONE FOR A BETTER LIFE?
