As for getting started, go to the top of this page and click on "Learn". There you'll find the "SparkPeople 28-Day Program"... click on that and begin. As for any question or problems, the whole website is just filled with answers. Start slowly and build a little at a time but be persistent and determined to never, ever quit and you *will* succeed. I'm 58. Tired of struggling with my weight and being unhealthy. Need Help!!!! I can't put it all together. Don't even know where to start. Work 2 jobs and feel I don't have the time or ability to fit in getting healthy and lose weight. Please tell me where to start. I've tried so many different diets and feel confused at what to do, what plan to follow. Should it be keto, paleo, etc.? I'm so tired, I have little energy after work to cook healthy meals let alone exercise. How's that for starters!?!
