I'm 58. Tired of struggling with my weight and being unhealthy. Need Help!!!! I can't put it all together. Don't even know where to start. Work 2 jobs and feel I don't have the time or ability to fit in getting healthy and lose weight. Please tell me where to start. I've tried so many different diets and feel confused at what to do, what plan to follow. Should it be keto, paleo, etc.? I'm so tired, I have little energy after work to cook healthy meals let alone exercise. How's that for starters!?!
