As for getting started, go to the top of this page and click on "Learn". There you'll find the "SparkPeople 28-Day Program"... click on that and begin. As for any question or problems, the whole website is just filled with answers. Start slowly and build a little at a time but be persistent and determined to never, ever quit and you *will* succeed.
