I got the premium coaching when there was a one time lifetime fee. Well worth the money, but not sure I’d pay monthly tho.

I used to have issues with the ads on the app being too big for my screen, so there was no way to exit. Luckily, it was something they fixed with updates. I hope they fix the ad issues you're having in the next update! If not, you might have to post in the Site/Technical Help message board (if you haven't already.)

Congrats on meeting your goals! I think they should do something for long-time Sparkers, like maybe offer a longer trial of premium or a reduced price to go ad-free.

I have the app and I use the website. I don't think ads have increased on the app, and as terrible as it sounds there are ways to prevent the ads in your browser. I've been a Sparker for a long time and I was able to hit my goals and maintain without spending extra money. I know there are benefits, but you shouldn't feel like you need premium to succeed.

I don't know if ads from us have really increased recently. Here are a few things you can try that might get rid of some of the ads.

1) Clear your browser's cache and cookies, being sure to use the option to delete them "from the beginning of time".

2) Run a malware detection program on your computer. If you do not already use one, Malwarebytes is an example of a good free malware program that many people use here. It is free and may detect malicious programs that are causing issues, especially a lot of flashing or popup ads.

3) Try using a different browser to see if that might work better for you with our site. Google Chrome and Firefox are usually good choices.

I hope this helps!

That’s a shame for people like me who
1. Love spark
2. Promotes spark because I love it
3. Who lives on Social Security
4. Who owns lousy WiFi equipment and can’t hardly see well enough to hit the mark to remove the nonsensical Amount of ads

And the ads have increased so much during this pandemic?
Nice support for spark people Who’ve remained faithful for so many years! If I had $ it would be different
It’s not your fault but I have to speak the truth here. If I do t I’ll eat over this
Appreciate your advice and help
I am thinking this over before I even try the 2 weeks

Hi,

Premium is $4.99 per month (at this time, if you join through the app stores, I believe they add tax; if you join through our website, no tax). In addition to the ad-free experience on our site and in our apps, you get access to Premium Coaching, ability to email a Coach for personal feedback once per week, our Secrets of Success e-Book, some advanced reports. Also, our Smart Start program, which is a series of daily videos we made to help you as you progress towards your goals, and exclusive Premium Workouts. Here's a blog with some description of benefits:

Remember, you can always sign up for the 2-week trial period to see how you like it. If you decide it is not for you, just cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

It has a coach section and you can get questions answered once a week. I don't really use those options. Back when I paid it was $30 for lifetime so worth it for me to support them. If it is a monthly fee I would not pay personally but I am frugal that way :)
