Another option would be to wear a heart rate monitor. As long as it lasts at least 10 minutes and gets your heart rate into the cardio zone, you can count as cardio and enter it on the fitness tracker.

Hi,

I do not have that; but, is it like a light aerobic workout? If so, maybe you could track it as "Cardio - Aerobics, general, low impact (including Walk Away The Pounds) ". Just my best guess from what little I know about it.

Is it something you enjoy? Do you feel like it gets your heart rate up?

Does anyone use the Switch RING FIT for exercise and if you do now do you track it in the exercise tracker? Thanks in advance.
