I hate to say it, but rice. I love rice with butter and, get this, lemon pepper seasoning. I could eat like a HUGE portion of it, so I make sure to track and not deprive myself when I want it, and work it into my plan for the day.

broccoli.....I buy the crowns and I find the price fluctuating like crazy.
One week it's 99¢ to $1.49 a lb.; then a few weeks later it's $2.99 a lb.
And the cycle repeats.

Grapefruit.....I have to have my daily fix. I have fallen for its bitter tartness......swiftly followed by brussel sprouts!!!!!!!!! Clearly I am enjoying the bitter food sensations at the moment.

Almonds! I have hated them my whole life and still don't like them in things, but they are such a protein packed snack! Of course, they have a high fat and calorie count, but I measure and one ounce actually fills me up. Crazy. I love the Wasabi Soy ones and the Coconut ones.

Going from 40 and flabby to 41 one and fit (or at least LESS flabby)

I'm on a Wegmans Spring Mix Salad streak. with vinaigrette

I've never even heard of a lot of these greens

I am currently going through a brussels sprouts phase - ideally paired with either butternut squash or rutabaga. I have had days where I've skipped my planned "treat" snack and had a plateful of roasted sprouts instead.

It's been a few months now, so I'm likely due to become tired of them soon. I'll eventually get to the point where I'll think "I will just finish this last package, and then not buy them again for a few months" ---- and at the very moment I'm thinking that, my ever-so-helpful husband will be at the store grabbing a few extra packages because he "noticed I was getting low". emoticon

Lately my evening snack has been frozen raspberries with vanilla coffee creamer. I buy the "real" creamer...just cream, milk, sugar and flavor.... The calories are worth it!!
