It was good. Indoor bike and arms. After work, we are going for a short bike ride in the sunshine. Cannot wait! First outdoor ride since the hip surgery

All outdoor exercise postponed due to forest fire smoke here in the NW.
Will get some indoor phys ther done soon---ALL of them---and some upper body weight work since I'm not playing outside!

How was your workout today? And what helps you have a great workout?

Mine was great. Leg and shoulder day.. yes I said great and leg day in the same sentence. LOL..
I find I have better workouts when I have a good music playlist.
Helps me stay motivated throughout my workout. .
