I am too neurotic so I don't weigh anymore. Once I have a better relationship with my body and food I will feel ready to use it as a tool.

I said I would weigh once a week but I don't. I weigh daily. I want to see if I lost or gained. Hopefully when I reach goal weight I will weigh once a week and won't be so neurotic about the scale.

I was supposed to weigh myself yesterday (every two weeks is my schedule) but since Aunt Flo is supposed to come today, I feared that the water weight has bloated me, so to save my sanity I'm going to wait a few more days.

Weekly on Monday mornings. Always better to weigh yourself in the mornings and doing it on Monday makes you (well at least me) be more accountable for how you eat over the weekend.
