I start my day with 40oz of coffee, no cream, just some artifical sweetener and then stick to water the rest of the day. I will occasionally have a can of diet soda with lunch, but not often. Then I switch to sugar free iced tea/lemondade/fruit punch/etc when I get home because I get my 8 glasses of water during the daty.
You'll never regret the workout you do, only the one you don't.
