I have to be diligent about caring for myself. 100 DAYS OF WEIGHT LOSS is a great way for me to keep focused. Day 1 is July 1, 2017. Build habits to produce success. I am re-reading Lois Lowry's The Giver quartet - I'm on Gathering Blue, and will read the Messenger next. I really enjoyed re-reading The Giver, which I hadn't read since probably 5th grade, and which I almost certainly didn't fully understand or appreciate at that age compared to now.
