right now i'm feeling a little bit of both. positive because things are looking up--relationship with hubby, finances, kids.
a bit down because i can't seem to get a grip on my weight issue. i keep procrastinating on the things i need to do. i write out my plans and break it down into goals and things to do, then it just stays there. OR i get all revved up, for a week or two then the motivation fizzles out.
one thing different though, is that i followed through on all the other things i needed to do this week. i'm so proud of myself! started my stocks and mutual plans investment. updated my social security contributions. renewed my driver's license. little things but i didn't allow myself to procrastinate and i'm feeling so much better about myself.
in america people seem to be always on the move. always busy. they can't seem to find time for themselves. i have the opposite problem. i have too much time on my hands. i don't know how to get involved in work or something that really interests me. oops. i'm waaay off track. sorry about the rambling. take care and good luck on your journey today, everyone! emily
