Yes. Yesterday and today, but only slightly. I've been getting better at it. I usually overeat during dinner, but I'm trying to learn to stop at full, not overfull. Also, on a weekend vacation so I'm letting myself slide a little, but making excuses to do better (because it feels like a chore if I do it for my new life).
Working on becoming a Registered Dietitian and to lose weight to become a better self and a better role model for my (future) clients.
I sure did. :( Hormonal day. And very high stress to begin with. Ate a little bit more pasta than I should have, ANDD bread with a lot of butter. Anddd a snickers bar. But you know what? I'm right back on track today and I know I'll be fine. Nobody beat yourself up over that kind of stuff. You just acknowledge and move on.
