yes I started the day off great but by the end was a disaster what worries me is Im having more and more of these days, I had reached goal but now Im sliding back to my old ways and have no willpower lately, Any suggestions would be welcome!

yes--we were traveling and had a family celebration. It's hard not to overeat in those situations! Fortunately, I got in lots of exercise earlier in the week and I think I'm ok! I WILL do MUCH better today and the rest of this week!!
