No, but I ate BADLY. I had a day where I was basically too busy to eat, and by 8:30pm had eaten only about 550 calories. So I skipped on over to Burger King for a Whopper with Cheese (no mayo). That brought me to about 1270 calories for the day, which is just above my low range) but I was over my fat range and under for both protein and carbs.
