I didn't over eat but was disappointed when I looked at my report: my fat content was over and my carbs were under...protein was good. Still trying to find the balance between carbs, fats and protein! I totally love how spark has helped me learn so much more about how I'm eating and what I need to be tweaking.
Yes, Majorly!!! and I feel hungover, I'm sure because of it. I am determined not to do this again. Combination of circumstances and attitude. I was in a real 'damnital' funk before I even knew it. Eating at someone's house is ever more challenging than eating in a restaurant. In a restaurant there are choices to select. In someone's home the only choice is between do i eat it, or not, OR MAYBE, if I eat it, how much of it do I eat. Excuse me, just how much olive oil went into this dish to begin with, and...how many servings did you get out of it? I think I overestimate when I do my tracking then, because I don't want to underreport what I ate and then get the big surprise when I don't lose weight. Arrrgh! I promised myself that today is a new day, but I can tell that I am still carrying yesterday with me. Got to drop it! It's 'weigh' too overwhelming to carry, - If not - it's day one! - of the rest of my life: here goes.

I felt like I did, but my calories said that I didn't. I probably missed entering something correctly. I tend to trust my body. Also, my weight is up a little this morning, although that could be that I ate later in the day.

“As we drive along this road called life, occasionally a gal will find herself a little lost. And when that happens, I guess she has to let go of the coulda, shoulda, woulda, buckle up and just keep going.”
