i definitely did. a new sonic opened up and had a burger and tator tots . and when some bad news came my way yesterday ( not life threatenng) i just fell off the wagon. I ate a brownie and a cookie but today is a brand new day and so far i am doing better.

went to bed last night thinking i totally did. woke up today and logged it all and was at the high end of my range. under by about 25 cal. i felt good. all my food excet 1 slice of buttered rye toast at lunch were healthy. i went to bed quite full but i guess because i ate so much fruit yesterday.
