No, i did that "oopsie" today by accident. I am usualy pretty good with that but today i was trying to heed my nutrition trackers advice & eat more protein, so i did. However i did not realize how many extra calories i added to my usual healthy meals just by eating single servings of peanuts & peanut butter! So i finaly made my protien goal but broke my calorie goal, LOL. Live & learn though! Now i know i need to substitute something for that protein to keep my calories normal.
