Be Calorie-Conscious

When you started your journey to weight loss, you likely set a calorie range as part of your preparation. Now that you're several weeks or months into that journey, it might surprise you to learn that your belt isn't the only thing that needs adjusting. When your weight changes or your exercise frequency changes, your calorie range should change along with it.
