For something so small, the scale sure can hold a lot of power. In any weight-loss plan, it is important to remember, though, that the scale is not the sole indicator of success. The road to weight loss is lined with many smaller victories, and recognizing and celebrating those victories is key in continuing to work toward your ultimate goals. Today, write down as many of your recent non-scale victories as you can think of, and keep the list in a place where you can look at it often to remind yourself of your successes.
