On Day 2, you wrote down your recent non-scale victories. Today, add to that list any additional health-related successes you've achieved over the past couple of weeks. Maybe you PR'd a lift at the gym, or ran your fastest mile ever, or cut out soda cold turkey. It's a great idea to keep that list growing for times when the scale's got you down.
