Are You Cheating Yourself at the Gym?

Many people tend to overestimate the amount of calories they burn through exercise. In order to keep seeing progress with your weight loss, it's important to be realistic about the amount of calories you're burning on a daily basis. A heart rate monitor will give you a more accurate estimate of calories burned than databases and machines. Also make sure you're only counting activities as ''cardio'' if they get your heart rate up into the cardio zone for at least 10 minutes at a time.
