Are You Weighing Too Often?

Seeing the results of your hard work reflected back on the scale is empowering, but those numbers can oftentimes be deceiving if you're not properly weighing yourself. For the most accurate result, be sure to weigh yourself only once a week, ideally on the same day and using the same scale. It is best to wear the same amount of clothing and step on the scale around the same time of day for each weigh in. Today, set yourself up for future weight check-ins by selecting a specific day and time and commit yourself to record that weight each week.
