Not bad. I ran at an average of 6:05min/km... My average heart rate was 161bpm, and my max. heart rate was 175bpm... I am 42 years old, so those are at 90% and 98% of my max. allowable heart rate (220-age). These facts feel pretty cool...... Read more

I just got my Garmin 310xt and I had to try it! I ran 10km (about 6.5 miles) in 60minutes. My max. heart rate was 168bpm while climbing a hill and the average HR came out to be 149bpm. The calories burned? 856kCals. SP predicted slightly over 90... Read more
