I have burned about 1300kCals in 3 hours. This time the trip was shorter, hopefully next week it will be longer. I am still happy with 1300kCals, but would have liked better 2000kCals, which would require an additional ride of about 15km more.... Read more

... luckily no shin splint pain today... I also improved my time by 2 seconds, I did it in 58:56... Can't complain. My HRM says I burned 837kCals, SP predicts 890. Difference is about 5%, and I am more inclined to the SP prediction :) .... Read more

I had a 1.5 hour walk today, and in the middle of it a pain started from the front of my right leg... Typical shin splints pain... Recommended treatment: ibuprofen and rest, until it heals completely. Shoes with good cushioning. Blah.... Read more
