NexT Weeks Challenges

This is for next week it is sorda almost the same but I can do it. .. . Just a few have been added. . .

This Coming Week these are my Plans so please help me make sure I stick to them. . . I want to lose three pounds so rain shine I will pop in Videos and exercise to them morning and night cause I usually walk about two miles in the morning and a DVD at night. So My Plans are Simple. . ..

NO SODAS. . .. . Easy pops taste funny in general----
Remember to eat Breakfast.
Snack in between Breakfast and Lunch
Encourage three different people every day
No eating after at 8:00 fair enough I dont do that now
Do 100 Crunches every day
Try Push Ups
15 House work Challenge
Eat a Different veggie daily
No Red Meat

My Goal this week when I weigh in on Thursday is to be four pounds lighter. I want to have given up red meat in general and no sodas I usually just drink diet dr pepper but no pops period! And I know it can be a challenge but I can do it. . . .Stay Strong and Dont Sweat the Small Stuff. .. .

    I say all those are great goals. Since you aren't eating red meat I hope you're finding protein in other ways such as beans or peanut butter. The only other thing is your weekly goal. 4lbs is alot to lose in a week. I think it'd be great if you reach it but if you don't you might get discouraged. Keep your chin up. You'll lose pound by pound but it'll be worth it once you reach your goal.
    As far as encouraging 3 members..... You can make that 2. You inspire me everyday with your drive.
    Have a healthy successful week. Can't wait till Thursday to see how well you do!
