My Plans for this Week. . .

This Coming Week these are my Plans so please help me make sure I stick to them. . . I want to lose three pounds so rain shine I will pop in Videos and exercise to them morning and night cause I usually walk about two miles in the morning and a DVD at night. So My Plans are Simple. . ..
NO SODAS. . .. . Easy pops taste funny in general----
Remember to eat Breakfast.
Snack in between Breakfast and Lunch
Encourage three different people every day
No eating after at 8:00 fair enough I dont do that now
Do 100 Crunches every day
15 House work Challenge
Eat a Different veggie daily
