Today I again started on my weight loss journey. I did good staying on my eating plan and only strayed once having a handful of tortilla chips. I started exercising again as well but only worked out for about 12 minutes. I will continue to increase that time on a daily basis. My current weight today is 224 which is just sickening to me but I will not let that drag me down. I know I am on the right track and will continue of this track of changing my life for the better!
