Ok, so I am back on the exercise train. The worst I did last week was like 200 over my calorie range one day and less than 50 over another day. I've been doing cardio every day so I haven't gotten to a strength training day yet. Why is the scale going the WRONG way again? It went way down Saturday, but then went up yesterday and more up today. Grrrr...
I guess the only other thing I can try is to change up my exercise. I'm going to pull out the Yourself Fitness disc and do some Maya butt-kicking exercises for at least half my workout today. I'm also going to make a conscious effort to stay on the low side of my range during this week and see if I can hit my range and not go over (or at least too much) this weekend.
This is just about as frustrating when I thought I was plateauing a month or so ago. At least I'm plateauing 2 lbs down this time :P. I would however really like to be down to 210 or under by the end of the week, reliably.
Just not the way I wanted to start out Monday. Oh well, I will work hard this week and hopefully conquer the scale!
