Am I ever excited about the LIL Mommy Bootcamp Challenge. We started it on Friday and whereas it is too soon to see results I feel more energy and am having fun with it. I am actually doing better on my water intake as well as concentrating on getting the junk food back out of my life. It is so hard with certain members of my family who shall remain nameless that keep bringing chips, pop, chocolate and cookies into the house - but I am doing well to stay in my calorie limit - I ate 2 chips today - 4 grams - just for a taste - and I am sticking with fruits for the sweet - a kiwi, apple, mini mandarin oranges and yogurt. Tastes great and so good for the body!! : ) I am measuring and weighing my portions again - something I have to do to stay on track. Thanks SparkPeople and Tracy(team leader) for all you do! I am going to reach my fitness goals THIS year!!
