Well, even with not counting calories and eating what I'm sure was way too much last week, I did manage to stay active and I seem to have lost weight anyway! Woohoo! By my count, as of today, I lost 10 lbs between thanksgiving and new years. I'm pretty happy with myself.
Back on track today with calorie counting - even if it's not the best day I have to get back in the habit. Tomorrow after my weigh in I'll be resetting my goals for 2008 (because it might just be a fluke - I really didn't do anything to deserve a 2 lb loss today!).
